Leadership Team
Tamarie Johnson TNT’s co-founder and director, shares time between Auckland and Portland, Oregon, US. She helps businesses attain their business goals as they go to market using flexible, customized solutions. With nearly two decades of experience with blue chip and start up companies, Tamarie provides well-rounded counsel that considers the goals, pressures, and financial considerations of each organization.
Annmarie Finlay manages public relations and marketing for health IT and technology markets. Based out of Portland, Oregon, Ann is a highly skilled project manager and delivers efficient results with an approach that always puts the client first. Previous to working with TNT, Ann held senior positions with Cole and Weber (www.cwunited.com) and Waggener Edstrom (www.waggeneredstrom.com).

Krista Foxwell leads TNT’s consumer health and marketing practice. Her unlimited passion for nutrition and wellness along with her background in both B2B and consumer-focused health solutions make her an outstanding asset. With 13 years communications experience in the North American market, Krista leverages the full breadth of available tactics for her clients, from traditional to social media and networking. An East Coast native, Krista has lived in Portland, Oregon, since 1988. Krista’s prior work includes positions with Weber Shandwick, Waggener Edstrom, and Medtronics, acquired by GE Healthcare.
David Horner leads market research and business development and contributes to TNT’s business management. David helps firms identify and scope their target markets and reach their ideal customers. He has a passion for working with clean tech companies and a history of building teams for entrepreneurial ventures, helping clients prepare for market entry, secure funding and organize resources for growth. David is located in Auckland, New Zealand, with strong ties to the UK and a growing network in the US.
Heidi Olson leads TNT’s global speaking program. She helps clients reach their target audiences and establish leadership through speaking opportunities. Heidi is based in Portland, Oregon, and has more than 20 years experience in marketing and customer relationship management. Since 1997, she has focused on developing relationships with event managers, marketing teams, and speaking program experts. In one year, Heidi secured over 100 speaking opportunities for a high-profile client.
